The museum offers a children exhibition, quirky pieces by contemporary artists from the area, and the 9ft dog of pop icon Yoshitoma Nara.There is a cafe on-site, and tons of parking. But, if you would like to use public transportation, the city bus leaves from Stop 6 every 20 minutes.
