The Renwick Gallery was built in 1858 and is the first art museum in the U.S. Additionally, it is located in the heart of Washington, D.C. Specifically, it is steps away from the White House and has two upstairs galleries showcasing a variety of collections celebrating future and past contributions of American craft.
